Orders and Payment

All purchases made through our Site are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time for reasons including inaccuracies, stock limitations, or payment processing issues. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

Full payment is required upon placing an order. Design deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. For details on our cancellation and return policies, please refer to the respective sections.

Shipping

Orders are shipped from Glendale, CA, via UPS Ground unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are applied at checkout. Once shipped, Golden Moments Design is not responsible for any delays, loss, or damage during transit. A tracking number will be provided, but further shipment progress is managed solely by the shipping carrier.

Sample kits are shipped via USPS Priority-Mail.

Returns and Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. Please refer to our detailed Returns & Cancellations policy for more information.
