Part-Time Administrative & Project Management Assistant
We are a small, creative team looking for a detail-oriented individual to help with administrative tasks, project management, and production coordination. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, problem-solving, and supporting a fast-paced design studio.
Qualifications:
- Highly organized and detail-orientedStrong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable managing multiple projects at onceBasic computer skills required
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator is a plus
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Able to carry items weighing up to 25 pounds
Responsibilities:
- Assist with project management, keeping track of timelines, invoices, and order details
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth workflow
- Help with quality control by reviewing designs and final products
- Organize and maintain project files and materials
- Support the production of invitations, stationery, signage, and event details
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
